Step 1: Internet Needs Report

Most companies fail to plan out their Internet strategy, but IAMC takes the time to walk clients through understanding their Internet needs. The Internet is not just an expense like a phone book ad; it is an asset, with money-making and expense-saving potential. IAMC's dedication includes making sure your Internet development makes your business succeed beyond your expectations.

This first step includes an interview from a Process Engineer. This person will ask the tough questions concerning your corporate strategy and business plans, your technical capabilities, and your understanding of the Internet world. We will come to you to get a solid understanding of what you want to accomplish. If you don't know what you want to do but at least recognize that you need a website, the Process Engineer will bring much light to the possibilities you have before you.

The Process Engineer will return to IAMC and develop an Internet Needs Report. This INR will include market research in your business field, comparing your business with the others in the World Wide Web. The INR will align your business strategy with your Internet needs, providing the consultation needed to make wise electronic investments.

This documentation will provide you and your company with the consultation needed to make the best decisions possible for your Internet assets. Your organization will own this documentation — keeping you in total control — allowing you to take your Internet development to whomever you want. However, IAMC is confident that you will move onto Step 2.
